A supplementary objective was to determine if there was a need for more systematic and culturally sensitive organ donation education directed toward adolescents. The quantitative study was conducted in November 2007 and utilized anonymous questionnaire data from 278 students enrolled in 10th grade biology. ANOVA analysis identified differences in ethnicity as related to adolescent organ donation intentions and self-efficacy, but not knowledge.
