Using Richard Osmer\u2019s methodology of doing Pastoral theology it explores the connection between what people actually look for when they register in a parish, and what an Evangelization program, based on active participation should look like. The connection between the ecclesiology of communion and participation of Vatican Council II and the New Evangelization serves as the framework to create a Plan for New Evangelization for the Parish of St. Patrick, as well as a Job Description for the Director of Evangelization for the parish.
